Chance or choice?

Good morning Girls,

This is just what I think- order to get "direction" you have to have a place of origin AND a destination.  So often we want direction, and may get a glimpse of the destination, or the dream or destiny, but really you have to understand your origin first.  If you do not know your origin and do not know who you are in Christ, or why you are on the planet, you will live your life as a product of "chance" and not "choice"  If you don't know your origin, you will wander your life and gamble an ending that is less perfect than what God has for you.  It is important that you know who you are -a loved, believed in, daugther of the king who has incredible God given strengths and gifts.  It's important that you know where you came from - He is my creator and I am His joy.....thank God for His continual kindness and unreserved grace to NOT leave me where I was!  But as my reveleation grows of His love, value and JOY in seeing me succeed, I understand my origin and my purpose.  That who I was created to be really comes out of the 'goodness" of His character!

So what's it gonna be gorgeous ones? Are we going to "choose" to see Him and His love and sacrifice as our origin, or are we gonna let condemnation of what we consider a "not so perfect" past dictate our direction?

Are we gonna "choose" to meditate on our "origin' AND "destination", and His powerful ability to lead us as we follow into one of the most amazing adventures?

So what's going to paint your life today? Chance or choice?

Love you more than you know...and am completely PASSIONATE about seeing you do life well!

Great post PDonna!  I love the thought that my DNA is determined by the grace of God.  That's where I get my start, not in my good works, but in what He has done.  Thanks for the reminder.  I'm super excited about the June Series, "Road Trip".

p.s.  I think it's sad that the comment section discriminates against those of us that are mathematically challenged.  9+3 = me glad that I am wearing sandals :-)

I love the thought that our DNA is determined by the grace of God...kind of like "who's your daddy?" AND that math section is a bit discriminating...it should ask us what color we are wearing or something like that....love you!!!!xxoxoxo
